Opportunity: Senior Paid Campaign Specialist


We’re looking for a Senior Paid Campaign Specialist with 7+ years of experience in Search ads (Google Ads & Bing Ads) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. You’ll focus on campaign management, CRO strategies, and data analysis to optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and improve website conversion rates.

 

What you’ll do on the job:  

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.  
  • Implement CRO strategies, conduct A/B testing, and improve website conversion rates.  
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare and present performance reports. 
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively. 
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages. 
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate on ad creatives. 
  • Analyse competitor strategies and leverage insights. 
  • Work with the marketing, sales, and product team to align campaigns with business goals. 
What You’ll bring:  

  • 7+ years of experience in Search ads (Google Ads & Bing Ads). 
  • Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. 
  • Hands-on experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using GA4. 
  • Proven ability in budget management and marketing budget allocation. 
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copy, and landing page optimization. 
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. 
  • Strong reporting skills using Office 360.
