Opportunity: Key Account Manager

 

What you’ll do on the job:

  • Drive sales overall growth of your accounts, securing sustainable and long-term pipeline and revenue opportunities while keeping an accurate forecast and maintaining C-suite customer relationships
  • Develop a strategic understanding of the customer's industry/business/markets/clusters
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer strategy
  • Work with our advocacy team and other relevant functions to define strategic Account Plans and remove roadblocks for smooth sales operations
  • Seek strategic expansion of customer network and strategic alliances to unlock new budget holders
  • Ensure proactive alignment of Document360’s value proposition to customers' needs and trends
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Utilise commercial and customer KPI’s to drive revenue and increase pipeline
  • Develop a positive working environment where success and achievements are recognised and celebrated

You'll meet our requirements:

 

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Account Director selling to Enterprise clients.
  • Currently working in a UK based role working both EMEA and US markets
  • Essential experience in SaaS, tech, or recurring revenue businesses.
  • Experience in developing business within existing client accounts.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or growth SaaS business.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (we utilise Pipedrive within our sales stack).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPIN is desirable.
  • Based within a commutable distance to London. (Travel to the London Bridge office approximately 2 days per week is required).

Compensation: £60,000–£70,000 base + commission (Total OTE: £120,000–£140,000)
