Opportunity: Product Support Engineer


What you'll do on the job:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and identify solutions to resolve.
  • Communicating with customers quickly to get the issues resolved within SLA.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback and solutions.
  • Supporting the role out of new features.
  • Managing multiple cases at a time.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.

Who'll be a good fit:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering - preferably Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in Tech support.
  • Experience with help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Candidates should be ready to work on rotational shifts (EMEA: 2 PM to 11 PM IST, and US: 9 PM to 6 AM IST).

- This role doesn’t allow flexible work timing
