What’s the job? Intern - KB Design Specialist

What you’ll do on the job:

Work closely with the Sales team to help with customer demos and presentation.
Assisting the team in maintaining customer projects and supporting the customer during evaluation stages.
Self-driven and proactive in nature

Who’ll be a good fit:

Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for formatting KB articles.

Ability to understand customer needs and prepare presentation
Ability to analyze and monitor the portal daily and clean the portal when required
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
