What's the Job: Customer Accounts Specialist
What you’ll do on the job:
• Execution of a sales order by raising invoice in the accounting system
• Raising estimates to customers for annual support and subscription renewals
• Liaising with customers either via email/telephone for any queries on the estimates/invoices
• Updating the CRM system with customer updates and follow ups
• Assisting the team in license keys generation and other enquiries
• Managing the overdue invoices and making sure the accounts are up to date
• Assisting the sales team in reaching the potential leads wherever possible
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
• As a part of customer on boarding process, client relationship sync up to be done
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Who will be a good fit:
• Very good English communication skills (both in verbal and written)
• Should be good in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate should be proactive, self-motivated and responsible team-player
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Worked in Xero / free agent Accounting System
• Work experience on any CRM systems (Dynamic CRM system is preferred)
• B.BA / B.Com / M.Com graduates can apply.
• Candidates should be ready to work in shifts 02 pm - 11 pm (IST)
