Opportunity: Senior Growth Marketer - Paid Campaign
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketer -Paid Campaign with 5+ years of experience in Search ads (LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. You'll focus on campaign management, CRO strategies, and data analysis to optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and improve website conversion rates.
What you'll do on the job:
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to generate high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Own key growth metrics including Cost per Lead (CPL), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and Pipeline Contribution.
- Execute demand generation campaigns targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise SaaS companies.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, conduct A/B testing, and improve website and landing page conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall marketing ROI.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid acquisition and growth marketing.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Proven track record of improving CPL, generating SQLs, and contributing to pipeline growth.
- Hands-on experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance using GA4.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution, and performance marketing metrics.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills using Microsoft Office 365.
