Position : Senior Product Marketer
We are looking for a Product Marketer who operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will own how we position our product in-market, drive demand through modern GTM motions, and build the content and organic presence that compounds over time.
You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership to translate what we build into why buyers care, and then activate that message across every relevant channel.
What you'll do:
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Lead the ideation, planning, and end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across organic, paid, and partner channels.
- Build campaign briefs that connect audience insight, messaging, channel mix, and measurable outcomes before a single asset is created.
- Manage campaign calendars, asset production timelines, and post-launch performance loops.
- Apply product-led and signal-led GTM approaches, using intent data, trial behaviour, and CRM signals to prioritise and personalise outreach.
Positioning and Messaging
- Own the product narrative for each ICP segment, translating technical capability into clear buyer value.
- Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, battlecards, and one-pagers that sales can use in active deals.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and competitor research to keep positioning sharp and differentiated.
SEO and Content Strategy
- Develop and execute an SEO roadmap aligned to pipeline goals, not just traffic targets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and on-page audits to identify and close ranking opportunities.
- Commission and edit high-quality content including solution pages, comparison pages, use case articles, and pillar guides.
- Monitor GSC and Ahrefs data weekly and act on ranking changes with structured diagnosis and recovery plans.
Organic Social Media
- Build and execute an organic social strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant channels for both the brand and executive voices.
- Develop content formats suited to each platform, including carousels, thought leadership posts, product spotlights, and customer stories.
- Grow an engaged audience by publishing consistently, engaging with industry conversations, and building credibility through insight rather than promotion.
- Track organic social contribution to site traffic, trial starts, and pipeline influence.
GTM Enablement and Analytics
- Partner with sales to align campaign timing with pipeline stages and ensure MQL-to-SQL handoff is clean and well-supported.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track funnel performance from first touch to closed-won.
- Run post-campaign retrospectives and translate findings into the next planning cycle.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of product marketing or demand generation experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience running integrated campaigns from brief to results, not just producing assets.
- Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, content planning, and performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience managing organic social for a B2B brand or executive, with measurable results.
- Ability to write clear, sharp, buyer-focused copy without relying on templates.
- Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, with a working understanding of attribution and funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical instinct: able to read data, identify what matters, and make a call.
- Must use AI tools as a core part of daily marketing workflows. Required tools include: Claude (for content strategy, messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and GTM workflow design), LLM (for real-time competitive and market research), and Jasper or equivalent (for scalable content production across ads, landing pages, and social).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience marketing to cloud, infrastructure, or IT finance buyers including FinOps, cloud architects, or engineering leaders.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP ecosystems and how buying decisions are made in cloud-first organizations.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console at a hands-on level.
- Experience collaborating on influencer or practitioner-led GTM programs.
Equal Opportunities:
We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to grow. We celebrate diverse perspectives and believe that great talent thrives in an environment built on fairness, belonging, and equal opportunity for all.
