What’s the job: Marketing Manager


We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience to drive demand generation, organic growth, and brand positioning for Document360. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a product-led SaaS environment and can blend content, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and analytics to create a measurable impact across the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy focused on organic growth, inbound demand, and product-led acquisition.
  • Own and scale SEO as a primary growth engine, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and authority building.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives such as blogs, guides, case studies, and landing pages aligned with user intent and product value.
  • Drive website performance improvements, optimizing user journeys, conversion paths, and on-site engagement.
  • Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email nurturing, onboarding flows, and retention programs.
  • Manage and grow Document360’s presence across key social platforms focusing on B2B engagement and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels from awareness to activation, leveraging experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Analyze marketing performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms; translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to brand positioning and narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation, SEO performance, and campaign efficiency.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, and inbound marketing.
  • Solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Experience in email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
