About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Migration Specialist to join the Document360 team at Kovai.co. This role goes far beyond traditional migration support - you'll work on large-scale enterprise content migrations, automation workflows, and intelligent content transformation solutions for customers moving from various platforms like Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint, Zendesk, WordPress into Document360.

If you enjoy problem-solving, automation, scripting, data transformation, and building scalable technical solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer enablement.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end migration projects for enterprise customers moving from platforms such as Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint, Zendesk, WordPress, and other knowledge management systems into Document360
• Build and maintain automation scripts, migration utilities, crawlers, parsers, and transformation workflows using Python and C# for structured and unstructured content
• Work extensively with design implementation languages, JSON, XML, Markdown, and API-driven content systems to enable seamless content transformation and migration
• Develop scalable migration and automation solutions using tools and frameworks such as BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Pandas, Regex, and AI-assisted tooling
• Build intelligent migration workflows and automated content processing solutions to improve migration quality, scalability, speed, and efficiency
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand migration requirements, provide technical consultation, troubleshoot complex scenarios, and ensure successful project delivery
• Build reusable internal tools and frameworks to improve migration scalability, validation, execution efficiency, and the overall migration experience across projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Good understanding of design implementation languages, structured/unstructured content systems, and API content system architecture
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Regex, JSON/XML, API-driven content systems, Pandas, SQL, Git, and AI-assisted tooling
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based tooling or automation workflows is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for automation, scalable engineering solutions, and process optimization
