Opportunity: Manager Product Management
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle for our SaaS product, from ideation and discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition, influencing every aspect of how the product is designed, built, and successfully launched.
- Create clear and comprehensive use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that articulate product functionality and guide development teams.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that enhance usability, performance, and overall customer experience.
- Take ownership of both product definition and execution, ensuring features are delivered as envisioned and aligned with business goals.
- Leverage AI and AI-driven approaches to identify opportunities, enhance product capabilities, improve decision-making, and deliver smarter, more personalized user experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases of product features and enhancements.
Who will be a good fit:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or software implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong background in software engineering, combined with hands-on experience in product management roles.
- Prior experience managing a product throughout its complete lifecycle, from concept to scale.
- A passion for data-driven decision making, with the ability to dive deep into data and derive meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated experience in building, managing, or enhancing AI-powered products, or applying an AI-driven approach to product discovery, development, and delivery.
- Experience working with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset with a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure execution excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business problems and propose effective, well-structured solutions.
- Prior work experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
